WorxInvest announces early closing of its public offer to subscribe to bonds
WorxInvest has closed its public offer to subscribe to bonds after only one day
On 2 October 2024, WorxInvest announced the issuance of 5.10% fixed rate bonds with a maturity of 6 years for an amount between EUR 150 million and EUR 250 million. The subscription period for the bonds started this morning on 4 October 2024 at 9:00 a.m. (CET). As the maximum amount of EUR 250 million was reached, the Issuer and the Joint Lead Managers decided to terminate the subscription period on the same day, tonight at 5:30 p.m. (CET), with even an oversubscription of close to EUR 200 million..
The Joint Lead Managers will provide information about the allocation of the bonds on or around October 7, and, in case of oversubscription, the proportional reduction that will be applied.
The bonds will be issued on 16 October 2024 and will have an interest rate of 5.10% per annum, payable on 16 October of each year, starting on 16 October 2025. An application has been made for the bonds to be listed and admitted to trading on the multilateral trading facility of Euronext Growth Brussels.
