Accountant
As an accountant, you will be part of the central finance team and will be responsible for the accurate processing and reporting of financial data across the group’s various entities. You will contribute to the monthly and quarterly closing processes while gradually developing expertise across a broad range of accounting and reporting topics. You will work closely with the Finance Manager and the Business & Financial Controllers and are expected to actively contribute to continuous improvements and process optimizations.

Business Operations Manager
As Business Operations Manager, you are responsible for the reliability, quality, and scalability of the operational payment and benefits processes within HR Pay Solutions. You combine operational leadership with a hands-on approach and actively contribute to the further professionalization of our PayOps organization.
You stay closely involved in day-to-day operations, help resolve complex operational challenges, and ensure that payment processing, reconciliation activities, and service delivery are executed in a controlled and efficient manner. At the same time, you provide direction to the team, drive continuous improvement, and help build a scalable and future-proof operational organization.

Platform Engineer
As a Platform Engineer, you help build the technical backbone of HR Pay Solutions. You are responsible for the reliable operation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of our platforms, integrations, and technical operational processes. With a hands-on approach, you actively contribute to the stability, security, and scalability of our payment, core banking, and benefit card solutions.
You work closely with Technology & Architecture, Payment Operations, and external partners to solve technical challenges, further automate our platforms, and successfully bring new capabilities into production. In doing so, you combine operational support with a continuous focus on reliability, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
