WorxEstate and LIFE expand partnership with Sneeuwbeslaan project
WorxEstate, the real estate arm within investment company WorxInvest, is expanding its strategic partnership with Antwerp-based real estate developer LIFE with a second project. Together, both parties have acquired the office building at Sneeuwbeslaan 14 in Antwerp. WorxEstate previously announced a partnership with LIFE to redevelop the Havenbuilding on Antwerp’s Eilandje district.
With the acquisition of Sneeuwbeslaan 14, WorxEstate and LIFE confirm their ambition to further develop their partnership in the coming years through joint investments in strategic real estate locations in Belgium.
