Real estate investment company WorxEstate presents new projects with IRET and LIFE
WorxEstate, the real estate arm within investment company WorxInvest, announces several new strategic projects in Antwerp. In doing so, WorxEstate strengthens its positioning as an active player in urban redevelopment. In line with its previously announced selective partnership model, WorxEstate will collaborate with established real estate developers that share the same focus on quality and long-term sustainable value creation: IRET for “Brouwerspoort”, LIFE for “Havenbuilding”.
Both projects illustrate WorxEstate’s clear ambition to actively contribute to the further development of Antwerp and its surroundings.
We deliberately choose to work with a limited number of strong partners, with the aim of building long-term collaborations in which mutual trust, complementarity and quality are central. IRET and LIFE have proven their added value time and again in delivering projects in an efficient and controlled manner.

WorxEstate’s strategy rests on two pillars that support its long-term vision.
