WorxInvest acquires “Greenhouse Collection” from Intervest

WorxInvest, the diversified investment company that is, among other things, the majority shareholder of the HR services provider SD Worx and reference shareholder of Gimv, has acquired the Antwerp office building “Greenhouse Collection” from the real estate company Intervest.

Cedric Dierckx, CEO of the real estate division within WorxInvest, emphasizes the importance of this acquisition: “The acquisition of “Greenhouse Collection” fits perfectly within our strategy to diversify, strengthen and further develop our real estate portfolio.
