WorxInvest and Casselman family buy Mechelen Business Tower
WorxInvest and the Casselman family have purchased the Mechelen office building “Mechelen Business Tower” from the real estate company Intervest.
The Mechelen Business Tower is a prestigious office building in Mechelen-North. It offers 13,500 m² of office space and is known for its excellent accessibility and amenities. The new owners are planning significant investments to modernize the building and make it ready for the future.
This acquisition fits perfectly within our strategy to invest in quality and strategically located real estate projects. We are determined to make the necessary improvements to bring the Mechelen Business Tower back to a level of excellence that excels in sustainability and meets the most stringent requirements.
